Below are the errors that you might encounter while installing WordPress through one-click from our control panel with recommended solutions;
- WordPress Installation Failed: This error appears when you have consumed all of your MySQL databases, as WordPress is a dynamic application that requires a MySQL database to store data. To resolve this error, please go to your control panel > open MySQL databases section and delete any unused MySQL database, or you can request to upgrade your package with more MySQL databases.
- WordPress Installation Directory Not Empty: This error appears when your public_html or domain-pointing directory is not empty. This usually happens when you are trying to install WordPress again on the same domain without deleting any existing data or if you have created a subdomain/other folders inside your domain folder. The easiest way to resolve this is to delete any data (files/folders) inside your public_html or domain folder. If you have some important files and folders inside that specified folder, you can move them to another folder for the time being, and after WordPress installation, you can move them back.
