All hosting packages come with a free SSL certificate, enabling secure HTTPS access for your website.
Please follow the steps below to activate your SSL certificate:
- Log in to your Client Area at https://connect.o3host.com/login.php.
- Navigate to the Services section and select My Services.
- Click Manage next to the relevant hosting service.
- Select Login to Control Panel to access your hosting dashboard.
- In the control panel (https://stackcp.com), scroll to the Security section and open SSL/TLS.
- Click Activate Free SSL if it is not already active.
⚠️ Warning: Your domain must be pointed to our nameservers (
ns1.o3host.net to ns4.o3host.net) for SSL activation to succeed. If your domain is not using our nameservers, the certificate will not be issued.- After activation, enable the Force HTTPS option to ensure all traffic is redirected securely over HTTPS.
SSL propagation may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. If HTTPS is still not visible after this time, please clear your browser cache or try accessing your website in Incognito Mode.
Note: SSL certificates are automatically renewed every 90 days. No manual action is required after initial setup.
